he is in lovely tuscany, panzano to be precise. with his loved sarah. and they will pay a visit to kim and dario tonite. here in the north, i long for some time with the macellaio and his staff. i celebrate what they do and who they are - here tonite - with polpette and dreams. ciao kim & dario!
